Constitution and Circle Intersection Opens Early

The new intersection at Constitution and Circle reopened Friday, one day early. "We know the closure has been an inconvenience.

The intersection looks real pretty now but I question the reason for the tax expenditure. I see it as a waste of tax money. I use the intersection several times a week and saw no hazards or traffic problems. This appears to me as a good reason why the public has little or no confidence in the efficiency of our public works department and it's decision making. They wonder why they can't get any tax increases approved.
