Japanese Man Accused In Wife's Slaying Faces Conspiracy Trial

Kazuyoshi Miura , a Japanese national accused of conspiracy in the slaying of his wife, was returned to Los Angeles on Friday to face trial.

ugghhh why are we wasting our money and resources if a) they were visitors here and b) if he was already aquitted in his own country for this very crime. Seriously with all the economic stuff going on now, do we really want to spend our local money by extraditing him to our country and using our court system for a lengthy and costly trial.....
