Well get ready. They will come back after a couple of years and make you do all kind of things to keep it. I'm sorry about the spelling.
But any way. I'm from Louisiana. I was a victom of katrne and reita. I did not get no help from Fema, but I was offered a loaqn from the Small Bussness Adminastartor. I got the loan becouse I needed a place to live I was a singel father.
Well right after I got the loan I was working and all was going good then I was injured on the job it is going on three years now. I have yet to receave workmans cop. I have a lawer but he has to follow the law. it has taking this long to get a trail date. I go to trail in Sep. Mean while no income for me thank god we have my wifes income. or we would lose it all.Then The ROAD HOME PROGRAM tell me that thay well buy the damaged property. Thank God. That would go to my loan to drop my notes down, Right? Well that has been 8 months ago and still nothen. I can't rent it out the rules from road home. So I wait and wait. And becouse I have that property that I cannot use, I can't receive medacad becouse I own the property. But even worse some one moved on the property with out my ok and I cannot get them off I've tryed vacating not working I tryed the Atty. Gen Office nothen. I've tryed the health Dep. nothen. But now it gets better . The SBA. now tells me I have to put flood Ins. on it or I forfith my loan. So I did witch now I'm behind on the note becouse of having to put the money to the Ins. It never stops. So If it was not for my family I would sleep under a brige or in a subway. before putting up with there so called helping . Most are gettig grants and letting the money set in a bank to collect intress then there gone with most of it. DON'T TRUST NO ONE.
