i cant believe the article says there wasnt even evidence. there is a dead child how much more evidence do they need? i dont know about anyone else but my kids, & grandchild are on my mind constantly and unless ur driving a tank or bus how could u not know a child is in your vehicle?

DO YOU KNOW this for a fact or are you just projecting your feelings [what you feel]on her?I would be.A lot of people would be.but on the other hand,some wouldn't worry their minds over it.all they would worry about would be if they had to pay for it.I have seen too much,i guess.too many men and women who killed their kids to get back at a spouse they hated.i've even wondered if she was covering for something her daughter did to get even with the ex.I am not the only one who thinks this either,by a long shot.so many are taking up for her that says they don't even know her,their oppinion means nothing,they are only projecting their feelings unto her.personally i could never stand in front of a car and watch it roll in a lake and kill my two little boys to hurt their father,but we all know some men and women do it every day.a man no thought would have hurt a fly,wife was shot and killed not far from where i live.no he didn't pull the trigger.but he died in prison over it,because they were getting a divorce and he did not want to share with her.i'll admit i'm jaded but i have seen too much of what GOOD people have did to each other.I don't expect anyone to understand.i think i was born part blood hound.believe you me this is not the way i want it to be.but i can't ever take anything at face value.on the other hand if i believe in a person i would be behind them all the way too.thats why i ask you if you knew her yourself.

Why?just play dumb then if someone kills one of your loved oneS someday,just keep right on praising JESUS give him all the glory when the law sets them free,you'll do fine.

This is how it looks like to me..

If I get pregnant I can have an abortion (kill a child) and the laws all for it.

I can have this child, let it die a slow death from my negligence, and looks like the law will say "o well shit happens".

I can take this child out in the parking lot and give him a spanking..I repeat spanking..not beating, and the law will have my a$$ in jail quick.

It may just be me, but I miss the old days, when it was illegal to kill a child..and not illegal to spank them.

I cannot forget when my cell phone, purse or dog is in the car....how can anyone forget about a child for 8 freaking hours... She should have been drug tested!!

I will continue to give jesus the glory no matter what and I left my nefew at a friends house one time on accident cause I was not used to watching him and anything could have happend to him before I got back so I no accidents can happen and it woud be ashame to lock up a innocent person.

I cannot believe this woman did not get charged AND PUT UNDER THE JAIL! I can't forget when I leave a freak'n cell phone in the car much less a kid. I bet if the cell phone was in the car the kid would still be alive. What about the real victim here? Where is his justice!!
