Young artist honored for painting of ducks
This rendering of a pair of canvasbacks by 18-year-old Ashley Matters of Lebanon won best in show in the 2008 Pennsylvania Junior Duck Stamp Program sponsored by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
